I don’t know who these people are, or where they’ve set up shop. I’m assuming they’re not here. There wouldn’t be a need for English here. They’re probably taking advantage of a distant democratic world out there. Azadary means “mourning”. In this particular case, this is a ritual that Shi’ites perform, especially in the month of Moharram, in order to mourn the death of the third Imam (Hossein). I just love it when people turn into caricatures of themselves.
