A Straight Story

88/4/3 – Quoting informed sources:

“In a ruthless act, by hiring a thug and paying him a sum, BBC’s Tehran correspondent who has recently left Iran, was looking to have a person killed for his documentary.
The film of the shooting of a young girl named Neda Agha Soltan appearing in the various news outlets of the world is the result of this inhuman act of the BBC correspondent.”

88/4/3 – Quoting ‘an official privy, to the search for Neda Salehi Agha Soltan’s shooter:

“By examining the cameras present at the scene, the eyewitness accounts, examination of the location, identification and questioning of those present at the scene, and the medical examiner’s report, the investigation indicates that an unknown person using a contraband weapon shoots in the direction of some people in North Kargar Avenue, and one of these bullets hits Neda Salehi in the back.
“…the police and security forces’ investigation into whether Neda Salehi’s shooting was a random or purposeful incident is ongoing.”

88/4/5 – Ahmad Khatami, the man who asked the Judiciary Branch to deal mercilessly with the hooligans and their leaders:

“In the recent unrests, a woman was killed. Obama shed some crocodile tears for her and the West started a spectacle about it. Any rational person who sees the video will realize that this is the work of the hooligans themselves, since they have even taken pictures of the location where this woman’s car had parked. This woman had been in an uncrowded alley. They don’t kill in uncrowded alleys, they arrest. Obviously, had this been the work of the regime, they would have gotten involved in the street. The hooligans had planned this so that they would reap the benefits afterward.”

etemadmelli-ghadiri

88/4/7 – From the Etemad-e Melli archives,
Mohammad Hassan Ghadiri, Iran’s Ambassador to Mexico:

“America may have a hand behind the scenes of Neda Agha Soltan’s killing which has turned her into a symbol of protest against Iran’s presidential elections.”
“…Neda’s death is very suspicious. My question is this: how could this woman Neda be hit by a bullet from behind, in front of many cameras and in a location where there was hardly any protest? The CIA or another intelligence apparatus may have been responsible. If the CIA wants to kill a person and then implicate elements of the government in it, selecting a woman would be a good choice, because the death of a woman draws more sympathy.”
“…The bullets that were pulled out of Agha Soltan’s body where not from the types that are used in Iran. These are methods that terrorists, the CIA, and other spy agencies use. Naturally, they liked to see some bloodshed in these demonstrations so they could use it against the Islamic Republic. This is a regular technique that the CIA uses in various countries.”

“After publishing news of the BBC correspondent’s collaboration in Neda Agha Soltan’s death and its widespread circulation in local and foreign media, and following the broadcast of a report on television which implicitly confirmed the news, new evidence has come forward on this issue.
According to this evidence, after news of Neda Agha Soltan’s death in Tehran was announced, a person with the same name has surfaced in Greece, who has contacted the Iranian embassy in Greece and the Foreign Ministry to announce that she is alive!
She has also claimed that photographs published on satellite networks and some websites are photos of her!
This lady has announced that in order to sort out this issue, she will travel to Tehran soon.”

dolat-an-letter

88/4/8 – The President’s letter to Mr. Shahroudi about a suspicious killing:

“His eminence Ayatollah Hashemi-Shahroudi
Head of the Judiciary Branch
Salam Aleikom,
As you are aware, one of the respectful citizens named Ms. Neda Agha Soltan was hit by a bullet on 88/3/30, and killed by unknown elements in a completely suspicious manner. Considering the peripheral issues surrounding this heartrending incident, and the widespread exploitation of alien media, and other evidence and indications, in order to take political advantage and to tarnish the pure image of the Islamic Republic, the meddling of opponents and enemies of the Iranian people seems certain.
Hence I request the Judiciary to intensely pursue the case of this woman’s death, to identify the criminals and put them on trial, and to publish the results in order to inform the people.”

“How was Neda Agha Soltan killed?
“Earlier, in a report published on the 3rd of Tir by ‘Vatan-e Emrooz”: In their efforts to create disturbances by reflecting recent news on Iran in a slanted fashion, on Sunday the BBC Persian and VOA networks, by parading the image of one the persons killed in the recent events, are claiming that this person was killed by Iran’s security forces. However, examination of the bullets that were pulled out of the bodies of the dead in the recent events, has indicated that none of the bullets used belong to any of the country’s military or security organizations, and that they have been sent to Tehran from outside the borders.
Who is Arash Hejazy?
“…One point to ponder about Arash Hejazy is his suspicious presence in Iran on the 30th of Khordad and his background in England. Hejazi is a student at one of the universities in the south of England who entered Iran five days before the killing of Neda Agha Soltan, and returned to England on the day after her death.”

Zarghami, head of state Radio and Television, saying that the US State Department has proclaimed the unrests to be a mobile phone revolution:

“By using software and all sorts of new technology, they wanted to give coverage to four alleys in Tehran and claim that this is all the streets of Iran. And then all networks got together, created Iran Desks in their media, and CNN and the BBC, one by one started to broadcast forged videos, such as the death of that woman, and then a man named Arash Hejazi started all this fuss about it and now he’s gotten lost and not showing up.”
“…The Venezuelan Ambassador was also saying that during the second round of the elections of that country, they created a scene like the death of that woman and this scenario was deployed there too, and they wanted to say that Mr. Chavez’s votes were fake but they didn’t succeed.”

Take what you will from this madness. The way I stitch it together is:
The U.S. government ordered the CIA to hire a BBC correspondent to hire Arash Hejazi to hire a hooligan to smuggle in a contraband weapon to shoot a young woman in an uncrowded alley to create a lot of sympathy among the Iranian protesters to topple their regime to make a documentary on how to pull a Venezuela.
Ah…also noteworthy: there is an afterlife; it’s called Greece.
